O'Rane Gray (OG) is a very talented and knowledgeable IT professional with over 24 years of valuable experience in the IT industry. After graduating from UWI, Mona, with a Bachelor's Degree  (double major) in Physics and Mathematics his first job was a Data Entry Clerk for RADA - Rural Agricultural Development Authority where he was assigned to the ABIS (Agri-Business Information System) Project. 

He quickly identified his passion for information technology and started his journey by doing self-studies in computer repairs and networking. His passion and his talent collided and in less than a year he was promoted to Systems and Network Engineer. 

OG spent approximately 10 years working in the public sector where he held several management roles. He had several opportunities to work overseas, however he remained in Jamaica. He did not want to contribute to the brain-drain effect caused highly skilled IT professionals leaving Jamaica.

Seeking better exposure to cutting-edge technology and looking for a fast paced working environment, O'Rane held his first job in the private sector with Lascelles DeMercardo Group, where he was the Network Manager for Lascelles Limited.

Under O'Rane's guidance, COMPCONN has cultivated a culture of innovation, fostering a talented team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of what's possible. His leadership style combines a deep technical knowledge with a people-centric approach, creating an environment where creativity flourishes and groundbreaking ideas come to life.
